With two cutting-edge facilities and peak season ramping up in August, we’re assembling an elite squad of Electro-Mechanical Technicians. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a hungry up-and-comer, there’s a place for you—if you have what it takes.

✅ Level A: Up to $49/hr – Food manufacturing + electro-mechanical mastery
✅ Level B: Up to $38/hr – Electrical & PLC programming pros ready to step up

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🚀 Tackle Complex Maintenance: Keep production, packaging, and plant systems running at peak performance.
⚡ Own Electrical & Mechanical Repairs: Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, and robotics with surgical precision.
🔍 Diagnose & Fix Fast: Work with multimeters, meggers, and motor controls (24V–480V 3-phase).
🔩 Rebuild & Optimize: Overhaul mechanical components and fine-tune production machinery.
📋 Stay Ahead of the Curve: Execute preventative maintenance strategies that eliminate downtime.
🛠 Install & Align: Set up and relocate heavy industrial machinery with precision.

📆 Shifts Available
☀ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌙 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$5/hr Bonus!)
🌃 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (+$5/hr Bonus!)
🔄 Schedule: Every other weekend (soon shifting to every 3rd weekend).
