What You’ll Do:
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance – Keep production equipment running efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Repair – Work on a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- PLC & Automation – Advanced troubleshooting of PLC systems and controls.
- Electrical Work – Install and maintain various electrical controls, motors, and wiring (460/230V 3-phase).
- Facility Maintenance – Assist with HVAC, fire/security systems, and general building upkeep.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with production and leadership to improve plant performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Industrial maintenance background in manufacturing, paper converting, or related fields preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, and automation.
- Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively across shifts and work collaboratively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts and adapt to production needs.
- Education: Technical/vocational degree OR equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Daytime schedule
- 2nd Shift: Evening schedule with $3 shift differential
