What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, installers, and dealers, assisting with parts identification and order management for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and industrial control components.
  • Provide fast and effective solutions by diagnosing product issues, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed quotes, handle returned material authorizations (RMAs), and process orders for field repairs and upgrades.
  • Build strong relationships through open and engaging communication, always delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain product knowledge by staying up to date on parts, processes, and pricing strategies to ensure accurate and efficient service.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Field Service roles—preferably in manufacturing or material handling industries.
  • A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with diplomacy and tact when engaging with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) being a bonus!
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to learn ERP systems like M2K.
  • A commitment to producing high-quality work, even when managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
