Shift Options Available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Is This Job Right for You?
We’re looking for candidates with:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass a 9-panel hair follicle drug test and background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Physical fitness – able to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer skills
- Fluent English reading proficiency
- Prior factory or mechanical experience is highly preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Machine Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in the production process, helping maintain the efficiency and accuracy of operations. Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor production equipment such as blasting cells and furnaces
- Perform quality checks and promptly report maintenance issues
- Prioritize tasks based on production schedules
- Package and prepare materials for shipment
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth production flow
