What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities across the Midwest and nationwide.
- Leverage your technical expertise to offer clients tailored solutions and services.
- Manage a pipeline of leads through proactive calls, client visits, and follow-up meetings.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements align with company capabilities.
- Utilize SolidWorks and other software tools to assist in project estimation and planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical insights to clients to drive long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in machining, stamping, and tooling.
- An established network of industry contacts and a proven ability to build and grow a client base.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
- A self-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
