What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities across the Midwest and nationwide.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to offer clients tailored solutions and services.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads through proactive calls, client visits, and follow-up meetings.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements align with company capabilities.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and other software tools to assist in project estimation and planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical insights to clients to drive long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in machining, stamping, and tooling.
  • An established network of industry contacts and a proven ability to build and grow a client base.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (preferred) or similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
  • A self-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
