What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales of custom manufacturing solutions to customers across the Midwest.
- Manage both existing accounts and build new relationships, utilizing your industry network.
- Present our machining, stamping, and tooling capabilities, offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Background: Strong knowledge in machining, stamping, or tooling. Ideally, experience with all three.
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years in a sales engineer or related role, including generating leads, customer development, and presentations.
- Contacts in Manufacturing: Bring your list of industry contacts—a key asset as you’ll start with a mix of inherited accounts and new business development.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a small-team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience.
